Which March Madness Team Would Your Pup Be Part Of?

March Madness is here and we are highlighting a few teams from the pick of 64 that we think our most frequent pup visitors would be a part of based on their personalities and traits that align with each teams play style.

Missouri Tigers

First up we have the Missouri Tigers, hailing from Columbia – also the location of one of our Woof’s.

Their competitiveness and drive remind us of Siberian Husky. The Siberian Husky is a very athletic breed, as well as intelligent. If the husky has a goal, they are determined to accomplish it, much like the Missouri Tigers.

Kansas State

The Kansas State Wildcats, from Manhattan which is also home to a Woof’s Play & Stay.

The Wildcats energy and gaining notoriety reminds us of the Brittany. Brittany’s are known for their high-energy personality, making them the perfect hunting dog who need daily exercise. Due to their constant need to go and high intelligence, they would fit right in with the Wildcats play style.

Kansas

The 2022 National Champion out of Lawrence, another location of our Woof’s Play & Stay, has always been a staple in March Madness. Because of this, they remind us of one of the most popular, reliable pups – the Labrador Retriever. Labs are the most popular dog breed in America due to their friendly, outgoing personality – they are loved by all who encounter them. Their athleticism shows us they could make it with the best of them at KU.

There are so many more breeds and teams we could feature but we want to hear from you, let us know in the comments your thoughts!
